By using Unheard ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Unheard Provides

Unheard is a music discovery service that recommends under-the-radar tracks based on songs you like. We provide 30-second audio previews and links to streaming platforms — we do not host or distribute full-length music.

Your Account

You can create an account using email or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or automated bulk access the Service

Free Tier

Unheard currently offers a free tier with a limit of 30 saved tracks. Limits and features may change as the Service develops.

Third-Party Content

Music metadata, album art, and audio previews are provided by third-party services (Deezer, Last.fm). Streaming links direct you to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, recommendation accuracy, or availability of audio previews or streaming links.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
